The Quirky Tale Of Michelle Chapter 2 :-

When I walked downstairs I was not amazed to find the whole family lurking in the kitchen for breakfast. We were morning people , after all. We loved hearing the birds chirp and adored the fresh air , magical morning moments.

Or I thought so.

Apparantly everyone but me was more intrested in the fights that happened between abdullah's family than the mornings natural occurence. It was our ' Morning Table talk ' topic. There were four people in our family . And each of them had their own favorite from Alxx's family ( abdullah's family)

We were a family of weirdos , I had to admit.

" I'm dissapointed that muna didn't have anything feminist to say this morning " my momd said.

" Someday , I swear I'd ask Rashed out for a guys night out " my Father proudly announced.

It was already the seventy seventh time he told that to us.

" Count me in dad " mohammed , my twin brother , his dad's arm lightly.

Mohammed and my father seemed to be having a good time. They both supported the Dad.

Dad supported him , because , well , I thought it had something to do with the simiral way their gray stubble grew , and their roles as parents in the families.

And mohammed , well , mohammed supported him because he secretly wished the tragic demise of abdullah. I didn't really know how , or when the rivalry started between those two boys , but I was pretty sure it involved a few punches , kicks , and the title of the school's Bad ass.

Yes , my dear brother mohammed , who shared the same womb with me , has all the violenet genes in him.

As much as I disliked his vanity , I loved him.

" I think the fight was taking the toll to abdullah " I said , and in response nearly everyone gasped.

" Abdullah is such a rude child " my mom said.

" Did you hear how he called rashed by his name ? " My dad looked offended on his behalf.

" I want to beat abdullah into a pulp " mohammed said.

" But abdullah looks nice " i said as I ate my cereal.

Today was wheat day , so the whole family prepared cereal , pasta and lots of wheat bread for me. Mom was even generous enough to have lots of granoula on my milk , so that I didn't have to cheat on my wheat day.

Since dad was late for work he took us to school , and mom came along too after the loooonngg complains and protests that ended in advices and please don't do's

But ofcourse mom gave each of us the dreaded 'Bone-crushing-hug-at-unecessary-events'.

Is it twisted if I said I loved my family ?
